EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
All Twisted Antler merchandise sold have a maximum of 30 days (from the date we get the order) to be exchanged or returned. We will have to receive your item before any exchange or refund will be placed. The items you send back have to be up to exchange/return standards which means they are not worn, torn, or washed. Your refund or exchange can take up to 7-14 business days.

PROMOTIONS & CLEARANCE ITEMS
If you place an order before the date of a promotion or a date that a certain item is on clearance we will not be able to refund you the cost difference. We do announce upcoming sales on our instagram or facebook page in advance so please stay updated on upcoming promotions.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
We usually keep up to date on what is in stock but if for some reason you buy an item that we do not have at that time we will contact you to see if you would like another product, if you would like a refund, or if you would like to be on a pre-paid waiting and you're order can take up to two weeks to be shipped.
You will receive an email from us once your item has been shipped with your tracking number so please check your junk mail if you do not receive an email. Orders in before 4 o'clock will be shipped out that day otherwise it will be shipped the following business day. You will receive your order no later than 7 business days.
